Lance Workshop is an architecture, design and project management company based in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW.

We are proficient in providing the following services:

Architectural services - Concept design, detail design, documentation and contract administration of residential and commercial buildings. Model making, 3D renderings and computer aided design and drafting (CAD). We have strong relationships with local councils, engineers, builders and suppliers.

Project management - Management of architectural and manufacturing projects from concept to completion.

Design - Interior, product and furniture design.

Additional services: We can prepare BASIX certificates, NSW Rural Fire Service Bushfire Assessments (for building in bushfire prone areas), Statements of Environmental Effects and any or all parts of Development Applications (DA) and Construction Certificates (CC).
